PTA should introduce some legislation in order to facilitate Telecos customers by using it they can check how many numbers are on their name & then they should allow to block the fake numbers... Sales people are at times distributing Sim cards without a proper identification and it does happen in rural areas and these are the people who are mostly involved in deliberately changing the owner information at the back end. well, i agree but have to add one more point.
