Zong does it again: Part III (Zong: abb rehnay do)

Its been 5 months since Zong launched its services. They have been on mark as far as the advertisement goes. We have heard a lot of complaints regarding there business centers and franchises. But the focus of this article is to bring the chain of the articles to an end. Yesterday when I was going home from office on my car i heard an ad regarding booking of the golden numbers (ZONG) through there business centers and website. A month after Zong does it again: Part II a colleague got a call from ZONG
Mr Z: Sir, we are glad to inform you that your sim has arrived.
Friend: ahan
Mr Z: All you have to do is, come to our office in Shahdara.
Friend: What :O , I think you don’t remember exactly, I asked for a home delivery.
Mr Z: Sir, I m afraid you will have to pay extra for that.
Friend: But I am already paying extra as per your website.
MR Z: sir.. [ Interrupted ]
Friend: I think you can keep your sim with you, i can’t drive for 2 hours to get it. thanks, Allah hafiz.
I didn’t even get that call (even after 5 months have passed) and none of all those friends who bought a sim online. In my opinion ZONG has successfully pissed off all those users who would have loved them and might have turned into a loyal customer upon getting a reasonable service.
For me its not Zong: sub keh do bulkay its ZONG: abb rehnay do.
