I have been Worldcall customer since they started there service in my area. There have been quite a few ups n downs (downs outnumber the ups conveniently) which have been mentioned in some of my previous articles. There have been a lot of bad things about there VAS (Value Added Services) ever since the started e.g. up time, contents, update frequency etc. No one knew what were they up to when they couldn’t update their website for the past few years after importing it as it is from there Karachi’s portal originally. However in recent past they updated there portal with lot of pirated stuff. Even though that is debatable but its not today’s topic.
I wonder what they are actually up to. I was just browsing through there new portal http://forums.go4b.net.pk/ and I couldn’t believe what I came across. Indeed Worldcall (or Go4b as they call it) has finally found a niche but is it a good approach to provide there a user with high speed porn downloads? Even if its a glitch or it happened by mistake there is absolutely no justification for hosting or linking to porn and related stuff on a Pakistani ISP’s website who has a lot of Users which are under age and for the very reason I can’t post the exact link.
Only thing I can say is, its pathetic, its simply pathetic. Hey go4bs if you don’t have anything good to contribute to society please don’t cut its roots. Its our nation’s future you are playing with.
The reason for posting this article is to promote sense among companies run by idiots and to make other sensible people aware of the fact that this is required to be reported to PTA so that some action should be taken against Worldcall and they should come up with some logical reason for doing this (even though I think there is nothing much they will be able to say)
